CONTACT

Make an enquiry
and let's start a conversation.

Beginning therapy can feel like a meaningful step. You do not need to arrive with a perfect explanation of what is wrong in order to reach out. Whether you are carrying something long-standing, moving through a difficult period, or simply aware that something no longer feels workable, you are welcome to make an enquiry to book a session or an introductory call.

PLEASE READ
A note before you enquire

Before completing the enquiry form, please read through the information below so that you can decide whether my practice is likely to be the right fit for you, and to avoid spending time on a form unnecessarily. The enquiry form is intentionally detailed, as it helps me begin to understand what is bringing you to therapy, what you are looking for, and whether I may be the right fit for your needs. It also allows me to respond with care and to prioritise genuine enquiries.

I aim to reply within 48 hours. If you have not received a response within that time, please check your junk or spam folder in case my email has been filtered there.

Please note:

  • I offer open-ended individual psychotherapy on a weekly basis only, and do not work less frequently than this, as longer gaps can affect the continuity and containment of the work.

  • My fee is offered on a sliding scale of £100 to £120 per session, and you will be asked to select a fee within this range as part of your enquiry.

  • You can choose whether you would like a free introductory call before beginning. This is an opportunity to ask questions and talk through practicalities, but it is not a therapy session. If you prefer to begin without an introductory call, our work will start with an in-depth assessment.

  • Please ensure you have read through my FAQs before submitting your enquiry.

In-person (Fitzrovia, London, W1) on a Tuesday or Thursday only
Online via Zoom (Monday-Friday)

Please note: Limited in-person sessions are available. If you select this option and no slots remain, you will be offered online sessions until an in-person spot becomes available.

Please provide a variation of different days and times that would be suitable for us to meet on a weekly basis. I will then check my availability and either book you in, or alternatively suggest other times as near to your preference as possible.

Please note: the only days that I work in-person are Tuesdays and Thursdays. I work online throughout the week.
